1. General Terms

Robyn Markey Art offers original paintings, prints, custom tea towels, greeting cards, gift vouchers and custom commissions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Digital Gift Vouchers

  • A Robyn Markey Art gift voucher is a digital voucher that, upon purchase, sends an email to the recipient with a unique code. This code can be used at checkout to purchase any product from robynmarkey.art.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the purchase date and must be used in full in one transaction. Any remaining balance after the voucher is used will not carry over to a future purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of payment.

3. Print Reproductions & Licensing ​

  • Robyn Markey Art reserves the right to reproduce any original artwork as a print or for licensing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes the creation of fine art prints, stationery, or other product applications.

  • As a gesture of good faith and respect for our collectors, private commission pieces will never be reproduced or made available as prints.

4. Order Process & Payment

  • When placing an order through our website, you will need to provide personal and payment information, including your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and credit card information.

  • We accept payment via Debit/ Credit cards and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe & PayPal.

  • Prices listed on the website are in AUD and include GST, unless stated otherwise.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and shipping information.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided for your order. Any mistakes may delay processing or shipping.

  • We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on location, stock availability, and shipping provider.

  • Custom commission pieces are non-refundable once the deposit payment has been made and work has begun.

  • If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform us at the time of submission, and we will respect your request.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Robyn Markey Art is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the website or any products purchased, to the extent permitted by law.

  • We are not responsible for any delays in delivery, damages during shipping, or technical issues related to the website or payment systems.

  • Personal Safety: By attending any event at Robyn Markey Art studio, you agree to take full responsibility for your personal safety while on the property.

  • Accidents or Injuries: Robyn Markey Art is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while attending any event in the studio or on the property. By attending any event, you release Robyn Markey Art and its employees from any liability related to personal injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation.

  • Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the studio’s property or materials during any event. If any damage occurs due to negligence, a fee will be assessed to cover the repair or replacement of the item.

  • Health Concerns: If you have any health conditions that may impact your ability to safely participate in any studio event, you are responsible for informing Robyn Markey or her employees ahead of time. Robyn Markey Art will not be liable for any health-related issues that arise during the event if you have not disclosed relevant health information.

12. Force Majeure

  • Robyn Markey Art will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to fulfil orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains.​
